vegan + gluten free afternoon snack

Pretty sure I could eat this deliciousness all day...

During a cleanse or when I'm trying to stay away from the bad snacks, I love this very easy go-to treat.  It will hold you over until you grab a salad at lunch, or you could eat it as a dessert in the evening.

2 organic brown rice cakes by Lundberg   {this is my favorite brand}
1 organic banana
organic raw almond butter
cinnamon

Cover rice cakes in almond butter, add sliced banana and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Great snack! I need to keep these things at my desk at work, so that I don't indulge in the candy jar!

love this! I may or may not have this exact snack for dessert most nights of the week :) never gets old! and lately...i've been sprinkling it with pumpkin spice instead of cinnamon. so yum.
